I hired Budget Dumpster for a dumpster service for my small size roof on Oct 11, 2017. Unfortunately, it was raining for 2 days while the roof was being serviced. When the dumpster was picked up on the third day, the water was dripping from the container. I was charged by Budget Dumpster over $73.00 for the excess weight created by rainwater.
