budget mobile pay them for replacement phone i never received boise Internet
my budget mobile was stolen i contact them they say send money order of 20$ we send you replacement phone wich i did since 12/21/2014 to this date i haven,t receive it. i email them several time no reply. i contact budget costumer service only voice mail answer. i checked online my budget mobile account still active but who stole my phone is using my minutes each month. this is not right and totaly wrong .
i read online about budget mobile complains and iam not the only one victim and here my concern question:
for how long this budget mobile phone company keep victimize costumers and charge the federal govermnment with imaginable fees?
and despite all these complains no legal action or charge made against this company?
budget mobile company did damage and victimize many us citizen without geting panish or made compensation to these victims.
budget mobile company violate the rules and laws by not providing any assistance or service to the costumers .
so whom concern about it should not tolerate and press legal action against budget mobile because in fact it,s not just state but federal issue
