 I applied to relieve a free government phone from budget mobile . I received it five days later and almost a week later the phone just went black.I called customer service at budget mobile and explained what happened.they said they were issuing a new phone and should receive it 7-10 days later. I never received the phone and a week after that I called them again and was told to wait another week based on the date they had in the computer I would receive it. I waited another two weeks and no phone. I yet called again and was told to wait another week and did and still no phone. I called again and then was told because of warehouse delays it would be longer.it has now been TWO MORE MONTHS SINCE and NO phone! So I called them yet again and explained the entire situation and the man said quote "I'm not going to lie to you, we NEVER sent a phone" . He then proceeds to say I have two options either I can pay for a phone or I can wait two months till Jan the beginning of the year and we can send you a free one. Anxiously I was furious that one I had been lied to all this time and waiting for something over and over they knew was never coming but then all the time and calls I had made to them over and over and they didn't care to string me along and waste my time. This company should be put under for the things it does to customers.the guy even said it was all their fault. But to LIE over and over to its customers.... I don't get it
