Sounds like you may have caused a scene

What's your deal anyway? You so miserable in your current predicament that you want to take others down with you? Would it have made you happy to cost a hotel worker their job, by coaxing them into letting you do something they were told not to let you do? Would that have made you happy? Want a chance at being more than a flophouse drifter? Use your ample time afforded by not working to better educate yourself, so that you can at least write a Ripoff Report with decent grammar, spelling, etc. Maybe then you'd have half a chance of keeping the next job, let alone getting it. You were ravenously hungry? Describing that scene, you make yourself sound like a junkie or meth addict. Discrimination? In what way did they discriminate against you? You likely caused a scene. Did you bang violently on the door, curse or threaten the employee, or say anything you wouldn't want said to your own loved ones?

You have no rights, much less tenant rights when you are staying in a hotel/motel. I do not blame the guard for not letting you in. He/she is a contract officer and is responsible if you were to do something. If you fell, he would lose his job because he let you in a restricted area. Seriously, staying in a motel on a weekly basis, you have no car, and you clearly have no education. I bet you are on welfare or some other govt assistance. People like you are a drain on our society.

You have no "rights" in a daily-weekly motel

It appears that you are not educated on the law, or educated at all by the way you write.

You have no grounds to sue anyone.

There was no discrimination under the law.

Any hotel/motel can ask you to leave anytime.

You have no "rights".

There was no illegal eviction as you claim.

Maybe you just pissed them off?

Maybe they don't like illiterates?

It really doesn't matter why.

Just move on.
