Budget Truck Rental They used a roll of duct tape to hold a faulty ground wire in place in a truck we had to drive across country! Sierra Vista, Arizona

We rented a truck from Budget in Sierra Vista, AZ to drive across country to South Carolina. Tonight while stopped in Texas, the truck wouldn't start. We opened the good and we found a small roll of duct tape wedged in under a ground wire to hold it in place. Without the roll of tape in just the right spot, the engine wouldn't start.
We have been having electrical difficulties and have had to buy way more gas for this truck than should be normal. Now we realize why. Because of the faulty wiring. They gave us this truck knowing there was this shoddy quick fix done one it, also knowing it would have to get us across the county.
