Mother daughter duo claim to be horse trainers. They took our horse and money and disappeared. Heard from a person in Port Townsend that they do this often. Did some research to find, I am a sucker.
Buffy Campbell and Heather Goulardt are horse traders pure and simple. I found out they are squatting on a bank owned property, not theirs like they said. Seems packs of lies follow them.
In my search I found a family whose kid fell off the horse and got hurt while Buffy was pretending to "train" she never told the family-because she has no insurance. Do not take trail rides or riding lessons with an uninsured con. unless you can afford it.
Like a scary novel, I found she takes peoples horse, rides them into the ground on trail rides for money then sells the horse -ads on craigslist always say (WA) and are misspelled written by a nut ads for about $3100.00. (206-371-6634)
WARNING:don't get scammed like we did. They do not have a pot to p*ss in , but please report them to the local Sheriff if she steals your horse. If you can file with the court, just spend the 40 and get her name in the system as being the horse trader she is.
And if anyone sees her tramping around Port Townsend and the horses look like the death i hear, call animal control. PLEASE.
