This is regarding a BAC membership I signed up for i would like to say about two years ago. I have not used the membership for over a year now and I am still getting charged for the service on a credit card that was cancelled by my bank due to fraud. There was no communication from BAC what so ever on the charges and there was no clarification that I would STILL, even after not using the service for over a year, be getting charged once my membership was over. Once I called to ask what I could do to fix the problem a worker on the phone was so rude and no help, all she said was to pay. She didn't even give me any other option on how to pay, how to cancel, or to even speak to a supervisor. I am extremely frustrated with the problem. It's unfair to get overcharged and to let this affect my credit when there has been no help over this financial problem that apparently won't be fixed until I pay for something I don't even want. I would really appreciate a helpful response or a number/email I can contact for better help/advice. I have read many reviews/reports of costumer being over charged or even charged after canceling their membership. I will not let this happen to me.

Let me guess, much like EVERY OTHER consumer out there, YOU didnt read the contract. In that contract is AUTO RENEWAL!!!! Because YOU didnt READ what YOU were signing, THEY are monsters for ONLY doing what YOU agreed to. Isnt it amazing!!! How in ANY WAY can someone KNOW the YOU didnt READ?!?!?! Because in that contract is ALSO the CORRECT way they accept a cancellation. Go get your contract and READ IT!!!
