I must admit I had some misgivings about buying a car from this dealership due to this report, but it was one of the few Kia dealerships in the area I had access to and they had a vehicle I wanted. The person making the complaint obviously has some issues. I work in the court system and saw nothing amiss in my purchase. I was treated in a professional manner with no hassles. The saying that all dogs have fleas is not completely untrue but as I have seen between attorneys and their clients both can be unreasonable at times. It's too bad in this case that this website was unable to give the complainant a saliva test. There wasn't a single thing this dealership did that I could perceive in the slightest that was wrong.-Bruce in Howell.

Miss we can appreciate you being an astute business woman and not falling for their tactics... but please understand what the work "PRE" approved means mean before you where approved also to drive 45 mins for a PRE" approval must mean you are a credit criminal... We are not on the side of an automobile dealer but we are on the side of common sense and for such a savvy business person you sound a lot like a person who has been declined by many car dealerships with a name like Kerbecksucks and it just so happens that Kerbeck is a card dealership also people don't listen to this person she is a typical person who just think every car dealer is out to get her. Sometimes car dealers are wrong but I think this time this is a bit of a fabrication.
