My rental agreement May 1,2014--June1,2015
As a tenant I was told to sign my rental agreement : Details a monthly obamacare surtax $24.a mo..as a tentant I questioned that it was illegal..
Violating mo .consumer protection law.
Fox4 action news team came and investigated..
I want to file and need attorney to file a class action lawsuits.. Other tenents filed already.

Well to all my ripoffreport readers..I filed a complaint to the adjust.attorney general office .accepted..case number and file number. That its now being under evestagated..no one in my apt. Complex will not step forth an admit thre wrong doings..I'm standing alone. Bc I believe: as a 15yrs served. A veteran..college student.my rights as a consumer rights has been violated..I received from the adjust. General office today.. 2 hrs. Later 4 police officers knocked on my door. Said old traffic warrent pulled up. Havt to take u in .yea right. This is the beginning for harressment..

I filed once .BURR OAKS WOODS APTS. OWNER PUT OBAMACARE SURTAX IN TENANTS lease agreement s. That tenants had to pay $25. A mo. For :(bogus obama care surtax)..fox4 news team came to investge.. The is no such thing is a obamacare surtax.. Under consumer proretion law she violated..she havt to repay an give our money back she embessrled from us tents.. I got people together to strenthin to put in for a class action suite..I'm now seeking a attorney to represent us. 816-206-8652..arveyt53 @gmail.com.
