I made a purchase of some clothes worth $170 through http://www.burton.co.uk/. The order number for this order is: 113381165. The site looked professional so I did not think of any kind of problem. After I made the purchase, i Irealized that they have a phone in their 'contact us' section, however their customer service never answers and do not respond to their emails.
When entering my address and street number 1354 A mystreet , in their order form their web site removes automatically the letter A which is part of my address number when realising this I called them but I was put on hold for about an hour or more. When sending them emails they do not respond. My credit card was charged with the amount i purchased. Their tracking features site states that that their order is currently being packed by their warehouse more than 24 hours, geez I did not know it took that long to pack 4 sweaters and 2 scarves. Now they are about to send the order to a wrong address (if they actually ship it) due to a flaw on their web site and it is impossible to correct the address with them. I have emailed them and attempted to call them several times since yesterday and I never got a reply.
I have sent them 2 emails asking them to correct my order and they have not replied to a single one. I found the phone number but it goes straightly to some silly messages with a strong UK accent asking you to wait. I did wait for an hour or more.
