Bush And Kennedy Collection Agency Bush And Kennedy Inc Ripped Off By Company Baton Rouge Louisiana
I was contacted by Kevin King a number of times asking if I had any problems that he could help me with collecting. I had one so I finally agreed to let them try and help me. A few months later I was called and asked if there were anymore that they could help me with and that they had collected my money but they were waiting for the funds to clear and I would be sent a check. I didn't give them anything else and when I didn't receive a check over the next few weeks I called him again. I was then told I needed to speak with the person in accounting and was told my money would be sent out. Again no check. I called again and was told that it was an oversight and I should expect a check in a few days. No check. I called again and they sent me to someone else who promised to take care of it. I have called numerous times and still have not received my money.

I am an ex employee of this so called company. After only a few weeks of working for them I began to undercover and understand that Bush and Kennedy actually collects money that their clients are owed, BUT, they do not pay their clients what they are due. As a "telemarketer" for them, once I realized what was going on with this company scamming people, I had no choice but to quit. The thought of me calling people and asking them to allow me to collect what is owed to them and then actually knowing that they would definately never see a dime, made me sick to my stomach. This company preys on the hard working, especially self employed business owners. I had heard rumors around the company from my co-workers that this is how they practiced their business, but it wasn't until a client was mistakingly connected to my extension and told me that he was just trying to find someone that could help him find out where his money was, as Bush and Kennedy had collected his money months ago. So I put this man on hold and went to speak with the manager. He stated he would take care of it. But he just gave this man another run around. That day, I left work sick and only returned to pick up my paycheck. I was on my way to pickup my final paycheck, when I decided to call them and make sure the checks were in. I was told that my check had been placed in the mail. So I assumed I would receive it within a few days. It has now been over six months and I still have yet to receive my final paycheck. I did however receive a tax form that included amounts that I did not receive. This company, Bush and Kennedy is filled with scam artists. Beware1 Beware!

After another collection agency helped me, I collected my money from Bush and Kennedy. I received and deposited the check 7-7-08 and so far it seems to have cleared my bank account.
