Bush And Kennedy, Inc. SCAMMED by a Fraudulent Commerical Collections Company Baton Rouge Louisiana
I was contacted by Brian McKinney of BushandKennedy.biz, Inc, a commercial collection agency in early Dec.
It turned out I had a delinquent debt that I was having trouble collecting. So after some good sales work by Brian McKinney I agreed to have $3000 collected at a 20% collection rate.
BushandKennedy, Inc legal adviser Tom Anderson collected the money within a few days, called me to let me know it was collected and I would receive payment after the 21st of Jan. That day came and went. I called and they said that the check did not clear in time and I would receive payment after the 21st of Feb. Tom also forgot who I was. That day is long gone. I have made several attempts to call and get a check. I have talked to the owner, the accountant Kevin Sweeney, and some other guy who said he would overnight me a check last week (04/01/08)
Still no check. I have called the Better Business Bureau in Louisiana and they have been no help. I was told to try the Federal Trade Commission and they were no help. They told me to try the Attorney General of Louisiana. I got a letter from the Attorney General saying they can't really do much but will contact Bush and Kennedy, Inc. on my behalf.
When I called the Attorney General's office some light was shined on the matter. A woman led on that Bush and Kennedy, Inc. was stealing from more than one person and they had been contacted by others in the same predicament. I asked her what they were going to do about it and she basically said nothing.
I was searching the internet and came across a guy who was also contacted by BushandKennedy.biz and he almost lost much more money than me. I was glad to save him the heartache of such a predicament. However I have no idea how many other hard working Americans are getting scammed by these people. They are stealing money from us and in turn making life difficult. I was forced to fire an employee because this money did not show up on time, or at all. Very sad.
I really need help on this. Someone needs to stop Bush and Kennedy, Inc. from further stealing from American citizens and costing them hard earned money. Since the Government put in place to protect us will do nothing I urge you to assist me in destroying this company so it does not destroy any more honest peoples lives.

Bush and Kennedy has been doing this for years! I worked for them about 8 years ago and they didnt pay any clients then either! You were lucky if you got to the bank to cash your check before the money was gone! The owner (BILL FERGUSON) who handles the financials uses several alias's when clients call in for money. Now he has trained his family Chris and Jason to do the same......The State has reported them for not paying employees state taxes, they deduct for insurance but dont pay the premium, and best of all after Katrina he up and left KENNER, LA where the original office was and moved it to BATON ROUGE. Probably used the Hurricane as an out of paying people!!! He lives in a nice fancy house compliments of his clients !!!! Good Luck getting your money, the only way I have seen it done is to just show up and sit there in the office until they pay you!!!!
