Business Office Systems & Solutions - Viatel Billing us for an amount the U. S. Bankruptcy Court for Dist. of Delaware, $15.20 refunded us, ripoff Midland Texas
The U. S. Bankruptcy Court for Dist. of Delaware has found that we were owed $15.20 from Viatel, Inc. for charges we paid. We did not receive telephone service and the Court found that we were correct. Viatel, on August 22, 2003, sent us a check in that amount as a holder of a Class 2 Convenience Claim.
We continue to get telephone calls and fradulent bills from Business office Systems & Solutions (BOSS). Each time the bills show a different balance such as: $15.39, $15.43 and $15.47. "Invoices" also are threatening and tell us that we will receive a 50% reduction if paid now.
Caller was also rude. Calls are harrassment.
We have mailed a copy of the Viatel letter and their check stub along with a letter stating we did not owe any of this; it was sent as a Return Receipt Request. It was signed and returned to us. We continue to get these invoices and phone calls several times a week.
