In response to report #464990. from Butterflies Limo 1-440-951-6354 The gentleman in question was given an option on Friday June 19, 2009 after we found out that the wedding the following day before his run would be running late. I was gracious enough to even call him, because most companies would't have even bothered. (The person who reported this was not even the one who contracted me out) I gave the gentleman in question the option of either having the limo van (by the way this is a newer excellent vehicle and I have verification from others who have used the vehicle)...pick him up on time, and then the limo would take over from there at the restaurant. The gentleman in question, who goes by many names, had the option on Friday 6-19-09 to look on my webpage and then make his decision. His comment about having no options was totally false. When he looked on my webpage, and after I added an extra hour and a bottle of asti spumante (which was not a cheap bottle) he chose the limo van. Please bear in mind, his report was given anonomously. Both myself and the driver of his event gave him the option of switching to the limo. He explictly stated that he wanted to stay with the limo van and wanted the exta time I offered him and the free bottle of asti. The driver that evening stated that at no time did he, his wife, or anyone else complain about the vehicle in any way shape or form. The gentlemen in question kept stating that he had no choice of vehicles, this was a total lie. Considering the fact that he had choices and had nothing to do with the payment of that evenings events, his complaints are totally unjustified!
