Bux.to, Ltd. I have invested 500 USD on Bux.to business, I have virtual earnings of over 2500 USD but they didn't pay any of my earnings! Commonwealth of Dominica
The business of Bux.to requires for you to register to the site ... and then you will get paid for viewing an website advertisment for 30 seconds. You will be paid with an cent for every website you will view, and you can't see one website in for 2 or more times in 24 hours. If you reffer the website name and there are users who use your link to register to Bux.to you will be paid with an cent for each and every site they will view.
At bux.to there are 2 categories of members standard members and premium members. For you to became an premium member you will have to pay 72 usd for year. The advantages of the premium member are that they get 0.0125 USD for each site they will view and they will have priority in receiving payments.
If you want to maximize your earnings Bux.to can sell you unreffered members of the site...(members who registered to the site directly) and you will earn 0.0125 cents for every site they will view.
According with Bux.to Terms of Service an premium member will get his earnings in 30 business days after his request of payment.

I have invested 690 USD in Bux.to business at the begining at this year( at request I have my bank records of payments) for the status of premium member and for buying 500 referals. My present earnings are 2,565.02. I have request for a payment on date Thu, Jul 10, 2008 and they haven't payed me yet. The payment request was for 1800 USD. We are now in November and the 30 business days from their TOS are long overcome!
I filled this complaint in order to recover all my earnings that I have at Bux.to and the interest for the over time. I invested hard worked money in this business and I want justice. I respected the TOS of BUX.to literally so I am entitle to get my earnings!

I have seen your payments and the last one is suspicious that you requested Feb 10 and probably paid on June, there are many people including myself that have not been paid. I requested on april 11 and to this day I have not been paid. That is the other unfairness, the supposed error of the staff that they pay before to other members and the majority of bux customers are waiting. They keep making promises after promises and as a member of bux I say "no more". If any moderator or staff of bux would like to show me otherwise, I invite him to file a rebuttal.
