Buy.com Buy.com taken advantage of combat soldiers over seas Internat Internet
I am a soldier in Iraq and I ordered two movies back on July 14th 2004. When I orded the movies buy.com claimed they had the dvd's in stock. So I decieded to purchase the dvd's through this company. One month went by so I decieded to write Buy.com to see what's going on. Around this time buy.com had told me that my order was on back order and should be shipped very soon. I deceided to wait thinking the dvd's would be in soon. Another month and a half went by. So I deceided Since they have not been able to come up with the items I have purchaced I will cancel and buy through a company that will apprieciate my buisness.
So I've been trying to cancel my order for over two week and still haven't received a conformation about my order cancellation. I have written them and told them that If I don't here something soon I will take appropriate actions for this matter. I have also made arrangements to put a article in the Army Times so buy.com will be unable to take advantage of any other soldiers.
