I bought a Samsung laser printer at buy.com, offered a $20 + $60 rebate. I got the $60 from Samsung, but those jerks denied my $20 because I'm supposedly "missing" the UPC and "original" receipts. I have made copies of all the stuff I mailed. They said they need the original receipt. Wait a minute here.... I'm keeping the original. That's my receipt!!! Not only that. I sent a copy to Samsung and strangely, they honored the receipt copy which is the packing list.

I tried calling their rebate center twice at 877 776-7625 which is on perpetual hold with no end on sight or a dumb recording. Finally, if you hold long enough, about 3 hours, it will automatically disconnect. Try using their on line request for status.... it goes up in nowhere land. There is no response. Buy.com is sucks. You can keep your business. That's the first and LAST for me. You're a total waste of time.
