Ignorance is NOT bliss, and beware ridiculous return policies of Buy.com. They shipped me my item December 14; I received it 5 days later (no problem there). Considering it was the middle of the holidays and I had many family obligations, it was not until 10 days later (Dec 29) that I was finally able to sit down and install my new memory. Unfortunately it was the wrong card. When I went seeking return information, their site said items must be returned 14 days after they SHIP the item to you. So, that meant I had to have the item BACK to them by Dec 28, when I never even opened it till Dec 29! When i tried to contact them for clarification via their Website feedback form, I never heard back.
