It's funny how people that have used Buyerzone have all had the same experience and they are all in different areas. So for them to respond that they don't allow for more than 6 business's to receive a lead is bull. How can I have a similar story. I finally got someone on the phone after months of useless leads and I usually called within 1-2 minutes of receiving the leads. The person told me not to bother that this was a mistake and that they didn't realize that the one form online would lead to the 2 dozen calls they just got. I asked how websites did they look into and the response was just 1.
So BUYERZONE you LIE. Then when renewal time came up after the 1 year I canceled. But somehow they kept trying to charge my credit card. Fortunately it expired and they couldn't charge their fee. You're better off paying for google ad space or pay more and go with a better lead service. I have and I now close 8 out of 10 leads and I am the only one calling not 30 + people.
Buyerzone please explain how people all across the country have the same issue. How can you honestly say that's not the case.

My name is Maureen McCarthy, I am the Customer Care Manager at BuyerZone. Unfortunately, I am unable to speak to the specifics of this complaint because the client does not indicate the name of his company. However, BuyerZone does not ever under any circumstances match a potential buyer with more than 6 suppliers, in many instances it is fewer than 6. As to the point of clicking on a "Supplier" button in an attempt to contact our Customer Care Department and then immediately being hung up on, no such button exists on our site. The phone number to Customer Care is 888-393-5000, and we are happy to address any questions or concerns.
