On 3/12/2002 I purchased a amplifier for $410.00. Returned the amplifier for exchange on 03/22/2002 authorized by buyloud RA Department. After numerous emails back and fourth with Ryan Harris, a buyloud representative, and agreeing to a restocking fee approved by his manager on 05/03/2002 of 20 % and no the original 450% they were shooting for. At that time I was under the impression that the order was placed and on its way. After 2 months and no word of my order I emailed them again asking for a status and was ignored.

After months of waiting and trying to get a hold of someone to help I was finally able to get a hold of someone to help on 07/05/02. Not surprised to find out the exchange order never took place. After explaining the problem that created this hassle to begin with the new representative told me that the restocking fee was going to be 50%.

I tried to explain to him that I had already agreed to a 20% percent restocking fee approved by Ryan mamager the need to proof to the agreement. I forwarded him the emails created by Ryan and my self containg the offered percentage and the agreed upon percentage. After a couple of days waiting for Buyloud to review the documents the original restocking fee was ignored.

They said they found nothing in the email that mentioned 20%. After numerous attempts to speak with a manager I felt if I did not agree with their terms of 40 percent then offered to me at that particular time I would lose my chances of getting anything form these guys so I accepted their restocking fee of 40% and stop dealing with them from that point forward.

I was charged an additional $133.87 on 07/05/2002 for the replacement amplifier to be sent out to me. After a month later I never received anything from them no call, no letter to inform me that the amplifier was on back order. On 8/27/2002 I called my credit card company, explained the charge and why I wanted to receive a refund.

They issued me a credit for my complaint on 08/27/2002. Until that day I have been unable to get ahold of any representative form buyloud. Do not waste your time or money with these rip offs
