The description is exactly like the internet user from Raleigh, NC, blue screen and all. Said my PC might be infected and to download the firewall protection. I paid $39.99, it didn't download.
Got the phone number from my statement and I called. The person on the phone had my name and told me I would be reimbursed--NOT! The phone number 1-866-6050292(California). I called again today, service has been suspended.
