I was living in Detroit 4 years ago and in desparate need of a job and their were very few jobs to pick from so I saw a job that seemed to good to be true...(hmm we all know how that turns out huh)...I call the # and they tell me how great the pay is and all the travel advertising for sports publications its just fun, travel and easy work, they pay for my bus ticket to chicago and i thought if their paying for my ticket they are probably doing very well with the business...and I found out they were doing very well by enslaving young impressionable gullable hungry poor people....and get this ,,,selling magazines ,door to door ,YEAH LIKE WHAT YOU DID IN ELEMENTRY SCHOOL..$15 a day.. A DAY!! the minute I saw what was going on I told him to take me back to the bus stop and pay for my return thats when he folded up shop overnight and relocated leaving me to figure it out for myself. That was a good embarrasing lesson to not to fall for this nonsense ever again ......And nobody can tell me that this phony BULL SHT isnt a scam.. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT FEED THESE CRIMINALS. these people pray on poor desperate people young and old

I'll try my best to answer each of this person's allegations. I'm quite sure that this person did not do a speck of work for our company unless "Michael" from Austin Texas is a complete alias. I could be wrong but we've only had one person work the Austin area for us and it was a female who would have had much more substantial infomation to share since she actually did make a terrific attempt to successfully sell our product for us. Although she did not make a single sale for us and did not make any money for herself (or the company I might add), I think she gave a fair amount of effort and decided not to continue after a week. This is not an uncommon story for us. We're looking for sales professionals who have the uncommon fortitude to get out there and hustle and work very hard to create a successful venture for themselves. IT IS HARD WORK and unfortunately for us, this type of person is all too rare, otherwise our success as a company would have come much more quickly. I can say this with all certainty as I have, myself, successfully done the job that we're asking these people to do. And I'm not alone as both of the owners of Buzzazz have successfully done it as well. As for the two week lag on pay. I believe if you surveyed a fair number of companies, you'd not find this to be an uncommon practice. I've personally worked for three companies prior to Buzzazz who have used this policy for compensation. The reason is quite simple. Perhaps I should preface this by saying that we're talking about sales here and the company needs to first receive payment from customers in order to pay out commissions and payroll. The key is the amount of time it takes Buzzazz to get confirmation on money. I got a $3,800 paid in full deal last week. We processed the credit card on Friday and as of Tuesday night, the cash was still not in our account. Many of our orders are sold on Fridays and we are processing money on Mondays and we usually find out that the credit card payments hit our bank on Thursday, Friday, and on rare occasions, after. Since payroll is due to go out on the same Friday, it's just not enough administrative time. Ergo, two week lag. It's not as "Michael" makes it out to be - one month until someone gets paid. We work extremely hard to help our reps get a sale in their first week. It doesn't always happen but if they put in the effort required, they almost always get at least one in their second week. It is true that if a sales rep in our organization does not make sales, they don't get paid. That's what sales is all about. One gets paid directly for what they produce. That's why as a profession, sales people are members of the highest paid profession in the world. FACT. "Michael" mentions a "guarantee." I can't figure out what he's talking about as I've closely reviewed the ad and I don't see the use of the word guarantee anywhere. We're very careful to be clear about our compensation and dedicate quite a bit of explanation to it. We try hard to provide a new rep the opportunity to quickly create a stable income. It's not an easy thing to do and we've even gone to the point of paying out 100% of revenue collected on some sales leaving no profit for the company. We've done this in the past to help reps get started with us. We don't do it any longer as it hurt us financially but I mention it only to make the point that we strive to create a situation where our reps can win as well as the company. It's not clear to me where the quote "no pressure sales" comes from or what point he's trying to make by stating it. We do provide our reps with one or two appointments set by the company per day but we train the reps to create as many appointments as they can themselves as the success ratio of the appointments set by reps is statistically better than the appointments set by our telemarketers. Again, we use our own appointment setters as an effort to help our reps along. It's an additional expense to us but we work hard to make it pay off. "Michael" seems to try to intimate that we somehow profit by having a rep work for us for 3 or 4 weeks without producing a sale. I can't figure out how that is. It's very simple. When our reps make sales, we produce a terrific product and we both make money. If they don't make a sale, there's no money. When we "cycle" reps it does us no good at all. We've invested our valuable time (money) - in training primarily. But this is a calculated venture. We know, by experience, that we will likely have to hire and train 5 to 6 people in order to get one who succeeds but we certainly wish we could make each one successful. If we could, we'd be a huge success and would have every other sales organization in the world beating on our doors and paying us lots of money to know what our training model is. We're not quite there yet. Michael, I'd be happy to speak with you if you'd like to contact me to express your personal dissatisfaction with Buzzazz but to draw conclusions not based upon your own experience of actually working with Buzzazz and seemingly tagging us as "one of those companies" based upon some experience you might have had with some other organization and then biasing others doesn't seem quite fair.
