BW Insect Control and Tree Care Damaged my house when spraying trees Dallas Texas

If you have diseased trees and need someone to treat them, do not use Bob White or BW Insect Control
& Tree Care. I chose him because he had an A+ rating with the BBB and professed Angie's List 2011 & 2012 Super Service Award.
He sprayed my trees and the overspray stained my light colored stucco 2-story house a
brown color (9.2.14). I called him and discussed the damage, he told me I should power wash it (9.30.14) that it was probably the iron in the chemicals - I am not sure why he would suggest that I power wash it knowing that I am a single female parent.
I had handyman and painter look at it. I called and ask him to come and look at it and maybe he could try to power wash it. He refused to even come see the damage.
When I insisted that he either refund my money ($4,000-Ck#3071) or fix it, he hung up on me (10.14.14).
This is not a very professional company!!. Very disappointing! How can this company possibly have a A+ rating or win any service award?
