B&W truck repair Benny Inman overcharge Holladay Tennessee
took truck for repir which wasnt done corectly and while there discussed having pto installed. i advised of a quote i recieved from another place and he agreed to install at same price of 2500.00. i purchased parts which totaled 1788.00 and allowed them to work on it in spare time which took two weeks. when i arrived to pick up truck the labor bill was 2500.00 so the total bill was around 4300.00 instead of the original 2500.00. i asked why and was told because he can. he was told the total hours on install was 10 hrs and he said he was billing 15hrs anyway.he also gets a 40% discount on all his parts from napa and then marks all parts up 15%
so hes screwing you into paying 55% more for parts as well. his practices are unethical and just plain wrong i asked him to reduce the bill and he said he had to keep the doors open. well there open all right. people please just go on by he will screw you and screw you bad i was a personal friend so i thought and not just someone off the interstate i also live in the same town so if he did this to me just imagine if he dont know you. hes a crook crook crook.!!!! he also doesnt accept checks or credit cards its cash only so theres no stopping payment on him once he gets it its gone
