On March 2016 Froilan Becerra Cochez from Tustin, CA, USA who was a sales contractor for my company manipulated and orchestrated a scam to steal more than $40,000 from purchase orders previously awarded to my company. Mr. Becerra contacted the customers with lies and made up stories to transfer the business to a ghost company and his company C Plus Electronics Inc. Be careful before conducting business with this scammer.

Dear Mr. Carrington AKA Edgar Mercado Mendoza from Guadalajara Mexico/Aztech-EI.
Libel is a form of defamation and covers false statements communicated in writing or in print that injure another person's reputation or business. In the United States of America is against the law and you could be legally liable for doing so, perhaps not in your country.
You should have shown more initiative by creating a false report on your own. Instead, you decided to copy the one I had filed against you (ripoffreport.com/reports/aztech-eiedgar-mercado-mendoza/zapopan/aztech-eiedgar-mercado-mendoza-on-off-shore-logistics-guadalajara-jalisco-1375157) for orchestrating a multi-million dollar fraud that started with the $40,000 scam that consisted in transferring purchase orders earned and received by my company to yours (Aztech-EI).
My attorneys are aware of all your false internet postings, malicious emails to customers and suppliers, and harassing phone calls to myself and family.
Save yourself the trouble of having to fight a lawsuit in the USA (which it could cost you a lot of money) and find peace within yourself. It's time to move on and enjoy bigger things to come.
