Sat, July 10, 2010
...if at all possible have photos developed (keep receipt, pay in cash) -NOT- digital {cheap box camera will do};
1) Get several photos of just the truck and/or truck with driver (include a wide view to support the trucks parking area.
2) Record all dates & times you see the 'illegally' parked vehicle along with the address, trucks number [previously shown] and it's license plate number. Take pictures!
3) Then and only then call the police -- maybe it's obstructing safe passage (view). Children me not be seen and hit by a passing motor vehicle.
4) If and when the police respond then (note date & time), you should call CR England 'Safety Dept.' Get the responding officer(s) name and badge number(s) too.
NOTE: You may want to search the traffic laws concerning 'commercial vehicles' and might start here -- http://sandy.utah.gov/fileadmin/downloads/comm_dev/planning_and_zoning/zoning_administration/land_development_code/Chapter_24_Parking_Requirements.pdf
