I have always wanted to be a truck driver. Where i live, employment is kinda hard to come by. C R England took me into their school GUARENTEED me a job. When i graduated, they said they had no company trucks available and would send me home until they had one. So, I go suckered in to LEASING! This is my 2nd month and I have not had a check yet. We lost our home. We lost everything. I had to fight and argue over my check every week. I was always negative or they took it for "variable cost".
Thats not all. I had a swap going to OKC, Ok. Inlive in Lwaton, an hour away. I wasnt due in Okc until 11 pm on a Wed night. They said i abandoned my truck because i parked in an emlty parking lot in lawton to go see my aunt in the hospital and help move my now homeless family.
I did nothing wrong. They scammed me for my money and ruined my license.

I worked for this company in 09 and they did pay me but I worked hard for it. They have no respect for drivers. They don't care about drivers. They have their cdl farms and have new lower paid drivers waiting for trucks. They push us and make us break the law. no you don't have to drive illegal but once you are done with that load you are on you will be sitting in a truck stop for a week. I learned my lesson. I got out and got a g.e.d and tried a different field but after 14 years of driving I got use to working alone. Anyways after 2 days I called and filed for unemployment because I was ready for work but they weren't moving me. Unemployement gave it to me and they called me and said I don't know what games your playing but your done. I replied have me sit in a truck and not move me. yeah I used my unemployment. I sat in the truck for weeks until I had a nervous break down and snapped. You have to find the right company and you can also repaid you dac. like any other credit reporting agency you can fight it and have it changed.

Your very first sentence is how they got you. These people have created a industry over the years that is hard to get in to unless you go thru them, and most don't understand what it is going to cost them.
After being in this business for 39 years I would suggest that you do something else, because this has become about nothing more than control. If your not a butt kisser and willing to get on your knees to thank them for every penny they give you then you couldn't make it anyway. Then if you complain, well you see where that got you.
I'm sure your aware that Mr England is a board member at ATA, and the ATA pushes for new laws all the time, new laws that benefit them, not you. So being that your not rich you couldn't possibly take these people on.
I'm curious how you knew to put a report here but not check these people out before hand, they have gotten their name here and many other sites. Or did you see the other reports and think all of these people are lying? No, I think it was your first sentence that says it all, after all how bad could it be?
I would also be curious how they ruined your Lic if you did nothing wrong?
In no way am I trying to come down on you, I have been there wanting it so bad I would do anything, but that was a different time, and as long as you had a Lic and could pass a driving test you where pretty much in. Now they make it so hard to get in to, that once you do you think you have it made, which is the farthest from the truth. They also have a system that if they can't keep you, you won't be able to drive for anyone else. Which we are all aware of, and that is called DAC.
