C. R. England False DAC report West Valley City Utah
On 2/25/07 I had a DOT reportable accident. I was not at fault, and received no citation, however C. R. England terminated me without even notifying me. I found out I was terminated when I tried to logon to the computer to get my payroll information for the week. I immediately applied to other companies for employment and was turned down. I recently found out that C. R. England had reported " Unsatifactory Safety Record" on my DAC.
The fact that they wouldn't put " DOT reportable accident" ( the truth) on my report but chose to put what could be considered a "blackballing" statement on my DAC makes me think they are not concerned with truthtelling. What can I do to correct my dac report?
