Well, I took his response seriously and contacted him via email. He replied at told me: "Sure please call 256-882-2116. Talk to Traci. Leave a message for her if she does not answer the phone. she will return your call. Reference that you have talked to me. She will add you to our list. We are dilligently sending out refunds everyday. It will take some time to provide all the refunds but we will do so." I did this and left my name, address, and amount owed with "Traci". She said they would be sending it out in "2 to 3 days". Well, it's over a month later and I haven't received anything. I think this is just a way to pacify those who have complained online...to look like he is really trying to right the wrong. He is still doing business as Southern Circulation. Spread the word...don't buy magazines from anyone you don't know!

C&S WENT OUT OF BUSINESS AND WAS UNABLE TO FUFILL ALL OF ITS ORDERS. i WAS IN A PARTNERSHIP WITH SOMEONE WHO BASICALY DESTROYED THE COMPANY. I BELIEVE I HAVE RECOVERED FIANALLY FROM TE NIGHTMARE. PLEASE EMAIL ME AT [email protected] AND I WILL SEND YOU A FULL REFUND.
