On January 5, 2014 I encountered a massive snow storm on I-70 West and slid into a ditch. Soon after I was escorted by the State Hwy patrol to the Municipal Fire Station for temporary shelter. After three days of residing in Municipal Building "C2 Towing" in Greenup Illinois was contacted to assist with locating several vehicles that were left on I-70. After C2 towing retrieved owners car keys most vehicles returned had been vandalized with broken windows and stolen property, my suitcase, food, cell phone charger was stolen as well as others that were residing in Municapal Bldg. It was suggested by tow truck drivers that windows were broken out possibly by windshield factor. I find it hard to believe that 12 vehicles were vandalized and broken into possibly due to windshield factor!

If you have the PROOF of your accusations, take it to local law enforcement.

What in the world is "windshield factor" and what does it have to do with being vandalized and robbed? Do you have a clue what you're talking about?

So what you are saying is that without any other proof, and the fact that your car was left ABANDONED for 3 Days that in no uncertain terms it was the tow truck company that vandalized and stole property from your car.
Do you see ANY problems with your accusations?
But there is one other odd thing about this. Even if you left your food and suitcase..how come you didn't take your cell phone?
