CABO AUTO SALES I HAVE BEEN SCAMED BY CABO AUTO Bought a car without airbags!!! NEVER DISCLOSED TO ME Canoga Park, California
Hi, my name is Kristina. I did purchase the Mitsubishi Eclipse GT Spyder 2002 vin # 4a3ae85h72e096778 on 7/22/2008 from CABO AUTO SALES INC. Located at 20924 Vanowen str. Canoga Park CA 91303. Second week of the purchase car start showing a multiple problems, air-condition, that one is never work, my windshield wipers is not working never been fixed until now. Plus other multiple problems, until now there are promising to fix it but never did. On the day of January 27 /2009 my car was hit by unknown vehicle from the front, all legal procedures were done for that matter. When did appraiser come to inspect the car and to estimate damages, he noticed that front bumper has no sensors for airbags. He stated that this car had previously in accident, and somebody removed sensors in order to install that fancy bumper, than he checked airbag light that was not working either. According to appraiser, that car has no airbags sensor and airbag light was turned off intentionally, for the unknown reason. He stated if I would be car accident, my airbags would not deploy and I would have a great risk of using this car due to that reason. He took a lot of pictures of the car and documented his findings. After that we took the car to 2 different body shops and they confirmed our discovery.
I did spoke Mr. David Aeina couple times over the phone about my discovery, but I do feel that he is pressing on me. PROBLEM WAS NEVER FIXED.
ALSO, Loan amount was 6864.51$ for 36 month starts 7/22/2008. I did pay 260$ for 11 month (never late). I had statement from Cabo that my loan is at 12/12/2008 receipt #10179 6148.53$. CABO SOLD my loan to AAmerican Finance & Assoc. Corp. with balance of 6465.50$ 7/22/09 ??? HOW IT'S POSSIBLE??? All statements and payments available.
I don't feel safe to drive this car. I do want to return the car!!!! AND I WILL !!!!
