Joe Benson is about as incompetent as you could craft. His "the house is mine and I can do with it what I want" attitude is costing Cadence bank millions in law suits.
This "suit" is out the door for his lack of competence as is his peer Nancy Sosa. Incompetence abounds at Cadence.
Total stupid jerks with no knowledge this guy and his boss Patrick Pacheco and CEO Sam Tortotici.
No TRUST accountings for over 5 yrs. Bogus entries...Heaven sent debacle for Breach of Fiduciary laws suit. Thank you for your incompetence....making a law suit so easy to win.
BEWARE...Cadence already has AML and mortgage suits filed against the bank.
