After speaking with David and Alfredo two months ago, I signed up in order to get my home back. They made me feel that I was a perfect candidate of a victim who got wrongfully foreclosed. I actually felt at ease speaking with these vultures. They claim that they know attorneys and know the right paperwork that will help me have my home back because my previous lender, Bank of America, received forbearance payments for over four months. A month later after signing up with
Delay Eviction Now I never received any documents from them and till this day they keep charging my checking account. Now I am facing a lawsuit against me, as a result I am not getting my home back EVER!
These guys have a way with words like a car salesman, they promise you the world, yet they turn around with a smirk on their face; scam artists. They put so much emphasis on getting your property back. Dont make the same mistake I did in buying a dream! I demanded a refund and to meet with them in person because the address they provided on their
website is not in service; no one works there. I want my money back.

This complaint is one of the many fake complaints filed by a employee at a competitors office. This so called customer can provide no evidence that they ever signed up for one of are many services. We have never had any complaints from any real customers. We are currently working with Rip Off Report to take the complaint down based on frivolous reviews posted by a competitors employe.

This complaint is completely fabricated by a employee at a competitors company.This so called client will not be able to provide any proof that they were ever a client of any of our services. We have never had one complaint from any real customers and we can guarantee that this person has no physical proof that they hired us for any service . We are in complete compliance with Rip Off Report for the complaint to be taken down based on the frivolous accusations that have no proof of what was reported.
