First i had ordered some cages from him, after not sending them for a few weeks i told him i need to cancel my order, Please note: i had to dig up his number and address his site www.CageWorld.com dose not have any contact info but a p.o. box, i should have known then he was sneaky. So finally after i found his fathers work number and threatened to call his father at work and ask for help, he refunded me.

So then a few days after i had noticed he double refunded me, i called the credit card and they told me to call him, so i emailed him to let him know i had a double refund, becuse unlike him i am a honest person, i told him i did not want to pay apr, and would pay the extra rewfund through my bank account card or pay pay  and to contact me, of course he never replied, then just decided to go ahead and use my credit card ovewr a week later.

this guy is very sneaky so im posting his contact info for others who need it.

i Have looked at my records, and it shows the order was on the morning of the 9th and refunded late night on the tenth, I have ADHD and was so upset over how many birds hatched and needed nice spacy cages, however i did have to dig up his and his reltives phone numbers to get ahold of him, go look at his contact page, no phone. and i did tell him through email about the refund and not to use my card, but to dispute it, and he did use my card even though i did ask him not too, and when i asked if i could dispute it and pay by bank he threatend me with nonpayment. and this is allmost two weeks after i told him. and he is very mean, and allways harrassing me.

This is what intuit told me to do. The overage was $109.00 this amount should have been in your account. It costs you nothing to use your credit card, it costs me 3% extra. If a chargeback is put on it I will have to report it to the credit ratings as non-payment Mike

Then countless, countless, several emails a day, about how he is taking me to court and i have to show in californa. and me replying to him to just please stop emailing and harassing me. i know he is taking me to court, and i cant go, there is no reason to push it in my face, that i dont have the income to protect my self and prove im right.

I had made a ripoff report for other poeple to be able to see his contact info incase they need it, sense he is very unmoral, i am a disabled mother of three on ssi who cannot go to court in cailforna, i live in texas, and dont have the funds, so even though i have all the proof which ill post along with all his and my emails, he knows i cant go so will lose. i told him i would removed the report if he stops herassing me, but he refused, so now im posting it all! and calling the DA in his town. all information is posted below.

BOX on his site so i had to use who is to find his name, then white pages to find his number, i called sevral times saying i had birds hatch and they were crowded, i needed the cages fast so i wanted to cancel the order becase he said he would send them along time ago. i was concernd for my birds and didnt have the income to order twice, i was to the point i wanted to call his dad or brother whoever it is and ask for him to try to talk to him)

I also can have the credit card forward a note i had called and send in a response showing you responded over two weeks later and didn't dispute it as i requested instead used my card without asking, should i contact the DA and press felony charges agent you? I can remove the report to be nice, but i wont remove it when your being rude, i do have all the proof and more so trust me i know i would win a lawsuit, plus i could do much more damage to you through the DA's office then you could to me.
