CalCars ripoff, then when the tags expire they said they didn't have our title to the car deceptive company screwed others too Cincinnati Ohio

we are currently buying a 1995 lumina from Calcars. we know that we bought the car under "as is" warranty. That isn't our major problem with this so called "honest company"..however, 3 days after we had the car we were suppose to get an E check done on it. however it broke down before we could even get that done, it costed us some big bucks to get the problems fixed.
so we planned on taking the car once again to get the e check done and lo and behold the d**n car broke down again. we at this time had to have it towed to a mechanic which of course on the day it broke down it was memorial day, and so the place wasn't open. we both work jobs, different jobs and needless to say we have to have 2 cars. well once again we got the problems fixed once again.
we finally passed the E check...well our tags were to expire on June 20, 2003. we still had not received our title to get our plates. we called them on that day since we hadn't received the title and the salesman lied to my husband and said that he had gave the title to his wife the last time she was in.
BULL****..the last time I had made the payment for the car, their computers were done, all he handed me was a handwritten receipt..that is ALL..well they pretty much told my husband that the loss of the title was on him, that it was out of their hands.
my husband bugged them the whole entire day. the kept giving him alot of BS..finally the told him where he could go to get his so called title..of course then they told him a spot that didn't even exist..i was at work when my husband called and asked me about these ripoffs giving me the title, I told him they didn't give me squat that they were lying, although he had already knew that. So, I made a special trip to this Calcars place after work and had alot of choice words to give them.
Mainly, that they were rip off artists and then try and lay the blame on innocent hard working individuals who aren't capable of going out and purchasing a more legit automobile. Finally later on that day my husband had went to the DMV and they gave him a report he had to fill out and which we sent to the Consumer Protection Section here in Ohio.
The DMV individual made a comment to my husband that they have had ALOT of complaints/problems with "CALCARS"..the day ended in us getting another 30 day tag. So I am hoping that with our complaint on Calcars that they shut down..like i said earlier we bought the car as is..we don't have a problem with that, the problem of them saying they don't have the title was the problem..and then trying to pass the buck off to someone else..maybe it was because I was a female that they thought I wasn't bright enuff to know what a title or a copy of the title would look like..but they found out I wasn't just a normal female that they could BS to...
Places like these need a special watch on them, they will take you if they can at a drop of a hat.
Good luck to all of those out there who have bought a car from this same place no matter what city or state you live in. It's sad to see all the complaints that one has on "calcars"

Calcars called me trying to threaten to take me to court to pay for the junk they sold me. The call came from Rockford,Ill.. They claimed to be Astra finance co. for calcars.Well, I found that Calcars Finances through 3 companies, (diffrent names, but same address&phone#)I told them to come and get the car and they told me they will not pick it up because they can get more money out of me when they take me to court. If this is a legit finance company they would have repossed it,but they won't because they no I want to give it back because it's not running. If it was running they wouldn't hesitate to get it.
