In the future this is what you do. 1. contact your bank or credit card company. as soon as you find out that you have been charged too much. You must do this as soon as you are aware of the charges! the bank can reverse those charges! I have done this when someone has charged more than they should have on my bank card with the visa logo. 2. Do what ever the bank says and Fill out an Afidavit! and make sure your bank or credit card company gets this. either by fax or CERTIFIED MAIL.. or If your bank or credit card company is Local to you Do this in person! walk right into your local bank branch office. make sure to keep in constant contact with your bank and or credit card company. and if you dont get satisfaction always ask for a manager! because banks are required to reverse any fraudlent and UN authorized charges back to your credit card. I had to go thru this with pay pal.com on several ocassions.
