INTAKE CALBAR support Attorneys with LICENSE TO STEAL!Orginally Vested with the Responsibility to Protect Consumer, THEY PROTECT THEIR OWN .....
The CalBar is an organization which support and foster LAWYERS from the most damaging of CRIMES .... the violation of TRUST under the disguise of Professional License.
Lawyer have a LICENSE TO STEAL in CALIFORNIA. Under the cloak of self regulation, they become a Barrier to consumers getting protection while Aiding and Abetting Lawyers to STEAL and HARM the public.
I lost $150,000 to a California firm. I complained to the CALBAR, they said he didn't do anything illegal. LAWYERS aren't stupid, they do their work knowing the law, and use it to disquise their Theft and Deceit. And the CALBAR harbors this behavior rather than attempts to prevent it.
I entered the firm's office with a $200 contract review job, and in several weeks was convinced by the attorney that I had a whopping milion dollar case. $150,000 and 3 three later after appeals ... which they lost every action and every summary judgement and every stand ... the money ran out and they said Good bye.
Lawyer have a LICENSE TO STEAL. They can use their supposed LEGAL Expertise to consul you into a preception of a valuable case, using money as the "sugar" knowing they'll get $200/hour and bear no professional misconduct or responsibility.
And they are protected by the CALBAR ... because in most cases the lawyer stays just inside the physical words of the law.
It's Lawyers who turn the LAW into a money game at the expense of corporations (thank you Anderson) and consumers (thank you Johnson and Associates of Long Beach, Ca.)

CalBar - Chief Trial Counsel - INTAKE They don't not protect and regulate the poor ethics and preditory GREED of their membership. They should be disbanded and California should move to an independent consumer advocacy BOARD, which do not have Lawyers in charge. Hell, these guys golf and go to Adult Clubs together. Why would they prevent their membership from stealing ... it's all family to them. Remember the days when Doctors were left to self-regulate themselves and how dismal the results were. Well who will not regulate the regulators. I NEVER UNDERSTOOD ALL THE LAWYER JOKES ... For $150,000 now I DO ! Their LICENSE TO STEAL occurs with IMPUNITY and the support for CAL BAR
