California Suncoast Homes ripoff, Poor quility construction, rude and dishonest custumer service El Cajon California
From the first day this manufactured house was doomed, poorly put together the schult home had flaws inside and out, 3 months later and 6 contractor visits the a/c doesnt work the plumbing has water hammer problem. They put an non opening window in the bathroom and refused to put an opening one, the owner Richard Love was the rudest person through the walkthrough, he stated that the issues we seen were not going to be addressed. I call maintenance and get brushed off unless something is flooded or on fire, the carpet has 3 huge seams and they refuse to repair it. The driveway was cheaply covered and not sealed. This company is run by 2 people the other partner was friendlier but still didn't seem to care.
To sum it all up I will never buy another manfactured home, they all are pieces of junk that are put together too quickly and construcion workers have little supervision and quility control, dis-organized and poor custumer service with the retailer and the homemaker. With a little more work the homemaker schult seems like they want to improve but California suncoast homes I think are out to get you. Ask my neighbor they are having more problems with them than I am.
