Camping World North Little Rock Camping World Dishonest North Little Rock Arkansas
I see the reports against Camping World in North Little Rock and can't believe there aren't more. I worked there for a short time in management. We basically doubled sales immediately by "caring" about the customer. This was obviously foreign to the General manager as well as the regional Vice President. They spent most of their time ( when they were there ) manipulating service work. Quite unbelievable but I lived it. The way they spoke about customers was disgusting and hurtful. I treasure customers and they know it. I really tried to repair the reputation of that place and was making head way. Any customer who bought when I was there knows me and knows that I was there to make sure they were taken care of treated as a special guest..period. That's obviously not the camping world way. I was told that I needed to be a Bulldog and not cater to customers (even though sales had doubled almost immediately). Really? Guess you have to consider the source. Greed and ego by the GM & RVP. These guys are definitely not the sharpest available, but you think they would learn that if they would do the Right thing and put the customer first, then they wouldn't habe all the daily customer complaints (in store Daily)
