Campus Habitat NO ORGANIZATION, NO CARE FOR STUDENTS THEY RENT TO Greensboro, North Carolina
Where do I begin, Campus Habitat in Greensboro NC is the pits. First I was rushed to sign my leased and promise to receive gift cards if I signed it right away, then I sign my lease for August 1rst move in date and was later told that all move-in dates were the 13th after I had made accomodations and planned for the 1rst move-in date. To top that off I was told my rent would not be pro-rated I was still required to pay the full month's rent. After I questioned this I was told all student housing properties does this. So I called around to find out my self! No not everyone does this just CAMPUS HABITAT!!! When asked to speak to the property manager Terri Roberts she will not talk to you in fact I have been in the office many times when she has walked pass us sitting there with her head held high as if she is better than everybody who is there. She has no time talk with residents she has no time for anything always putting off to deal with a leasing manager. As a property manager this is your property so how can you walk by like this is not your problem. The new management is painting a really pretty picture on the outside but that management team don't know if they are coming or going. DON'T LEASE WITH CAMPUS HABITAT!!
