Campus Pointe Apartments Silver Mountain Real Estate Group No AC, Shootings, Infested with Bums, Cockroaches and Criminals, Worst Place to Live Tempe, Arizona
Campus Pointe Apartments does not maintain the property, nor do they follow rental housing standards. The air conditioning has not been working for two months and apartment temperatures are becoming more and more intolerable. Both bedrooms in my two bedroom apartment are unable to be used because they have become too hot because there is no flow, even with each window and door open.
The noise in intolerable throughout the day and night and management has done nothing to improve the situation. I have called the police for anything from crazy parties to a shooting outside my window. Management here lies and says they work on the situation when it doesn't improve; it only gets worse.
