Canon, Inc. Canon USA refuses to stand by customers purchasing defective printers Internet
I purchased a Canon printer from a local office supply store. The few printed instructions and so-called setup disk were very lacking in defining parts of the computer. I had to call the company to learn where to insert the ink cartridges.
After feeling setup had been completed, I loaded the paper and made a print command. The printer error message displayed told me to load paper in a nonexistent part of the printer. My emails to support have resulted in form letter replies telling me nothing.
