Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I am posting here because I was referred to a very interesting individual.

I met with this man, who says that he owns a Corporation that specializes in "creative" financing. This man says that he hosts seminars at a very reputal college university, and teaches others his succesful techniques for making money "fast." He says that the way people think is "backwards," working for someone else. (I tend to agree there) However, he keeps telling my friend who referred me,that he has a "plan" for us to go out and "pick-up checks." He says that the money is out there, and all we have to do is "pick-it-up!" He says he gives seminars on all types of creative real estate investing, and how to make money with other fee-paid services.

I am suspicious, because he comes across as to eager to help me in my situation, but nothing really materializes (lots of fluff). I wonder, What's in it for him if he does manage to help me?

His business card does not show a physical address for this company. His phone number for the business is unlisted, and for someone to be putting together all of these money-making ventures and "deals" and "collecting large fees" his phone number exchange is on the "lower" side of town --if you know what I mean. Also, his voice mail remains full--not answering calls.

Just curious, has anyone here ever heard of Capital Communications? Is it hooked with the other reports here on a company called CDN Corporate Development Network. This man claims to have a network all over the country.

I haven't given him any money, and don't plan to, but my friend paid $150 for a seminar to show him money making strategies, and sofar he hasn't received what he was told. (He didn't even get a little binder with copied material.)

I'm in it because this man claims that he can get me out of a bad financial situation (raise my creidt score, get me financing and everything else) to show my friend, who is a loan offier how he did it, as my friend is a loan officer.

Thanks,

Just curious to know.
