 Spoke to chad William February 3, 2017 and my father was on the phone with me we were putting all our debt together he never mailed us a welcome packet never sent us to a verification line they withdrew money never contacted the credit companies and then yesterday I received a call from MasterCard asking me where my payment was. I told them that they were supposed to be dealing with a capital consumer. I called capital consumer I spoke with Scott asking to speak to Chad Williams told me Chad Williams no longer work there he told me I needed to call Wendy. I called Wendy I explained to her what happened and she told me that I should've received everything. I did not receive anything I did not sign anything. I was not on a recorded line and called Scott back. Scott told me to call Mr. Barrera at 85826 460 to 89. spoke with Mr. Barrera he was supposed to call he was supposed to turn everything around and call me back by yesterday evening. I've called three times this morning and they're avoiding my calls but he told me I would get all my money back and now they're avoiding me. But they haven't done anything for the 606.74 that they took out of the account
