I actually applied for the Capital Credit Alliance Card. As I was talking to a representative, it all sounded really fishy, so I decided to cancel. They gave me a customer service number to cancel and I got someone who was taking messages for supervisors. I said that I wanted to cancel an automatic debit. I received a call from a supervisor saying that it was going to be cancelled. It wasn't. I called again to cancel and they told me that I couldn't cancel and they will continue to take the money out until the funds are becoming available. Whenever I call from home the phone is always busy. I call from work and they asked if I've called before, I said yes, the guy replied,"You have?!!" then asked me to hold on while he hung up on me.I immediately called back and the phone was busy. My account continues to grow more negative and my bank is telling me that I have to contact the company to arrange a refund. Well, I can't contact the company because somehow they have blocked both my home number and work number. I am going to have the bank call and see if they can refund me themselves since nobody was paid anything only money was taken from me.
