You can reach the customer service desk by calling the phone number an enter the first 3 digits of the Capital Credit card... For those who have returned the card & magazine to ask for a refund and lost the number... The number to enter is 371. The time to call is during the day... Good luck reaching an operator. You should also call if you never got a card. However, they may blacklist this number due to the story broadcast on Fox 11 News. They [Fox 11 News] went to the building, but the doors were locked, and the place empty. It schemes on the way they copy the Capital One's credit card company's logotype. I think Capital One should sue for infringement or defamation. By the way, the people who designed the Capital Credit website is a group called Tremere... look at the WHOIS info for the now-defunct website. WHOIS information for capitalcredit.com: Registrar: NETWORK SOLUTIONS, INC. Organization: TREMERE INC address: 890 Canyon View LAGUNA BEACH, CA 92651 US Admin contact: TREMERE INC email: [email protected] phone: 555 5555555 fax: 231231234 Tech contact: TREMERE INC email: [email protected] phone: 555 5555555 fax: 231231234 Nameservers: ns2.dynamic.net ns1.dynamic.com Search for the word tremere in a web dictionary, and you'll come across this definition: spell-casting vampires.

There are many Rip-off Reports on this web site regarding Capital Credit. We have received more than 200 e-mails from victims across the country over the last 2 months.
We have forwarded information to the FBI with no response as of yet. This would also involve mail fraud, also a federal crime.
