Capital Financial ripoff Largo Florida
Well like all of you I got ripped off by these people. But after 3 months of b****ing I finally got my $200 back yesterday. I first called them and told them to cancel my membership (to avoid the $50 fee of not using the card)Then I contacted them to get a refund, that was useless, so I went to the Better Buisness Bureau and filed a report. About 2 weeks later I got an e-mail from Capital Financial telling me that I would receive my money within 15-30 days, This was June 30th. After 30 days went by I CALLED EVERYDAY.....I got into it with every single one of the employees, managers, and even some higher ups in the company. After all this complaining I got m money back. If you do this THEY WILL GIVE YOU YOU'RE MONEY BACK. AND REMEMBER CALL THEM EVERYDAY AND GIVE THEM HELL!!!! And if that does not work, got to your local courthouse and sue them in small claims court. The max you can sue for is $3000, but go for a lower ammount. They would much rather pay you the money, than to fly a lawyer out, and pay him. If you need anything else my e-mail is [email protected]
