My story is similar to many others cheated by this Capital First credit card company. They told me that I will be just charged with 19.95 to my bank account and they will be sending me my credit card with in 2 week. The first thing they did was even though I told them not to give my details to any other companies, they have given my details to nearly 4 or 5 other companies.

I had to cancel all of them. It was not a problem.

But the main thing was, after a month I received a big package from capital first with out any card. Then I came to know that its not a credit card, I have to put money in that and use it.

Then whats the fun in taking that card by paying money to those stupid people. And in that they say that its a trail period of a weekd days. The first thing I did in the next day morning was to cancel this. EVEN THOUGH I CANCELLED THAT THEY HAVE CHARGED MY BANK ACCOUNT WITH AMOUNTS $99.95 AND $59.95 WHICH THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO CHARGE IF I KEEP THE CARD. THATS WHY I AM TELLING THEY HAVE STOLEN MY MONEY FROM BANK.

One more thing was they told me that I have to send that package back to them. Any way I sent that packet back.

I rang them up twice, one lady takes up the phone and says that all the representatives are very busy.

Then I felt many other inncents are becoming victims like me. After many trails I could get hold of one representative, what she says is we are sorry sir, we can refund 99.95 but not 59.95 because it is one time fee (So what I am not supposed to be charged with that).

I could not understand what I have to say. I had an argument with her, then she told to write to those people explaining all this. I wrote them, but I did not get any reply till now.

I dont know placing my report here will help me out or not. But I hope some one else who are planning to take that card, by any chance see this and know what is all that card about.

You should file fraud affidavit at your bank on the ones you did NOT authorize! Close your account. Most banks have a 60 day time limit on this. Check with them.ASAP! ALSO, LET THE MEDIA KNOW ABOUT THIS! You can find newspaper and television email address's at: http://www.treeleaves.com/complaints /complaints/10.html Go there and send emails to all of them. There are also email address's for VISA, MASTERCARD and the FDIC. LET THEM ALL KNOW. Billions of dollars are leaving the USA because of these scams.
