They told me that they whould send me my papers for the grant in 3 weeks after reciving my payment of $299.00,they got my money 08/16/2006 ,they did no send me a DAMD THING ,call then and got MARINA her phone is 213-3411635,she took my calls 4 times after requesting the grant papers ,now NO ONE RESPOND,yes you get the voice MAIL not one call you back,THAT WAS IT>
