Capital Kia Of Austin, Texas ripoff, cheating, lying, crooks Austin Texas
I bought a car from Capital Kia of Austin,Texas about two years ago they gave me a very high payment, but told me in six months I could go to Austin Telco and get my car refinanced.
I found out afterwards that I can't go get my car refinanced anywhere because I got charged $5,ooo more than my car was worth. I have been making $356.00 payments for two years and still owe $13,000 on a car that wasn't even worth that much money when I bought it. I have no paperwork on this car at all. They did not give me any contract or any anything to tell me what I had gotten myself into.
I found out afterwards from the people that they financed my car through that I have a 17.40% interest rate. My credit isn't bad enough to get an interest rate that high. I also got told by the people they did my loan through that I am charged $6.40 a day in interest and that they won't lower my interest rate and that to pay off my car would cost me more than the statement they send me each month says I owe.
I just would love to give the car back and call it even. I don't know what to do. Every time I turn around I find out a new way that they took me and there seems to be nothing I can do about. It is not fair. They should not be allowed to lie to people and use dishonesty and get away with it!!
